Nestled in the heart of Shah Alam, Selangor, the Rose Plaza Pavilion emerges from a client's dream of a botanical paradise, inspired by a love for roses and the enchanting ambiance of Villa Rosa. Transcending traditional landscaping, Native Concept Architecture (NCA) embarks on a transformative journey, meticulously crafting a space where aesthetics seamlessly intertwine with functionality. At NCA, our design ethos centers around the user journey, meticulously considering every angle, sun path, and mobility aspect. With a commitment to inclusivity, our landscape boasts wheelchair-friendly pathways and an advanced drainage system, ensuring accessibility and durability against Malaysia's tropical climate. Drawing inspiration from classic English estates and Australian modern landscapes, our design ethos harmoniously merges strong conceptual foundations with a contextual response, epitomizing NCA's dedication to contextual relevance and innovation.

Design
The design accommodates large gatherings for Hari Raya celebrations, open houses, barbecues, family events, and more. Yet, it avoids feeling sterile or overwhelming. Instead, it encourages individual enjoyment. Family members can utilize the space for cycling, skateboarding, reading, barbecues, studying, lounging, or simply strolling. This focus on minimizing negative space ensures every corner is utilized, making the project a worthwhile investment for the client and family. NCA prioritized the "user journey" and unobstructed views, ensuring smooth mobility throughout the landscape, catering to wheelchair users as well. The entire landscaping utilizes advanced drainage systems to combat potential rainwater and flooding issues.
Drawing inspiration from British television show Bridgerton, classic English mansions, and modern Australian landscape architecture, NCA created a design that harmonizes a strong concept with a contextual response to the tropical Malaysian climate and architectural influences. Clean white, slip-free tiles accented with subtle granite marble offsets contribute to the project's overall elegance.
