Native Concept is a diverse team of talented professionals with a strong vision for innovation for a future of a better quality of life. We offer a full range of supporting design services for the built environment including architectural design and build, consultancy, interior design, landscape design, planning, project management, feasibility studies, visual communication, as well as master planning. Quality assurance is a key part of the culture of Native Concept. Our studio emphasizes teamwork and efficiency. In each of our projects, we dedicate good relationships with the client as we strive to ensure each project meets the budget, deadlines, and quality standards.
We believe that having good communication with our clients is crucial to better deliver accurate and quality work to best-fit clients' needs. Our designs are flexible and adaptable in approach to each project as we consider the future aspects of a timeless piece of work to best meet the client’s requirements. We practice consistency and practical quality of work inspired by culture, response to site and context, and a deep understanding of clients' requests. We envision an enhanced lifestyle within our designs.
Our design takes careful consideration of the city & context to respect, complement and harmonize the project with the site, whilst adapting to the environment in order to stand the test of time, flexible to future aspects. Sustainability is widely focused on our work as we consider environmental features and technology throughout the design process until completion. Native Concept Architecture puts meticulous attention to the concept and details of every project and focuses on refining and perfecting design ideas to arrive at a solution that is architecturally, socially, and intellectually coherent.
ASSOCIATION
NCA is associated with AWJ (Arkitek Wan Jefri) PAM Directory which is a well established Architectural Firm that has been in operation since 1996 and has completed many prestigious projects in Terengganu, Malaysia, such as; The FELDA BUSINESS RESIDENCE, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, The MESRA MALL, Kerteh, Kemaman, Terengganu, and PUSAT SAINS DAN KREATIVITI, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.
APPROACH
Our approach in each project consists of identifying every detail of the site as well as establishing a deep understanding of the client’s needs. Through collecting all the required data and resources, we device an efficient system and a workplan on how to best approach the project within the given time and brief. While carrying out an intensive site analysis, we will develop a viable concept within the scope of the brief that will consider cost, time and quality of the work in accordance to regulations, context, and client desires.
Our schematic design will be further developed and polished to produce solid information that can be used to communicate with our construction team in order to produce the cost estimate, material, construction time, and building sequence, as well as to present to the client for any final change requests before finalizing the design. The final design will then be further developed into technical drawings with several construction drawing versions to be used for communications for all the various construction team members. While construction is under progress, a site supervisor will constantly monitor the progress to ensure everything is going according to plan. After completion of the build, our team will inspect for defects and imperfections needed to rectify before hand-out.
VISION
Native Concept Architecture envisions a future of enhanced quality of living through the built environment. GOAL
Our goals are to create a global awareness in the world of the built environment to embrace the values of cultural importance and appreciation towards preserving and embracing the beauty of nature through creativity, sustainability, and quality.
DESIGN
Through comprehensive analysis to gathering as much information of the site, we will device the best most efficient and sustainable solutions based on the gathered resources and technologies available on site, as to minimize the use of energy and cost whilst to deliver an aesthetically pleasing design solutions, making each project truly unique. The design approach simultaneously integrates with the overall management system of the project in order to deliver the best possible results and quality in our work.
